To avoid any risk of piracy on its server, i6doc.com has entrusted its bankcard transactions to the specialist services of Ogone. Order data and bankcard details are conveyed in encrypted form on the web in accordance with the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), which guarantees a high level of security. Data are then stored in this bank's IT system, which benefits from the banking industry's standardised protection systems.
Since there is tax harmonization between the VAT rates applicable to "paper" documents and digital documents, we apply, in Belgium, a rate of 6% for paper and digital documents. A rate of 21% still applies for CD-ROMs, USB sticks, etc.
For orders within the European Union (except, Belgium), the local VAT rate may apply.
For orders from non-EU countries or from institutions with a VAT registration number within the EU (except for Belgium), it is possible to pay without VAT. For this to be the case, orders should not be placed online, but sent via email to the following address: info@i6doc.com. Please provide the following information: item ordered, quantity, billing name and address, dispatch name and address, VAT registration number (for European countries). You will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of the invoice specifying the amount that needs to be paid along with an outline of the payment procedure. Items will be dispatched upon reception of the payment. You may choose to pay either by bank transfer or by credit card.
However, only for offline orders bank transfers are also accepted. For international bank transfers, we charge you a fixed fee of €10 to cover bank costs if you order outside the euro zone. The following bank details are needed:
Bank name: Dexia Belgium - Louvain-la-Neuve
